Terminal Duty Manager – Qatar (Qatari National)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Qatari National to take charge as Terminal Duty Manager at Hamad International Airport in Doha. The role involves overseeing the entire passenger terminal complex, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality customer service around the clock.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all terminal activities to maintain efficient passenger flow.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the terminal during shifts, monitoring busy areas and traffic patterns.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security regulations.
• Lead, coach and motivate a diverse team, fostering a customer‑centric culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role within aviation or related sector.
• Strong people‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotating morning and night shifts.
