Territory Manager – Energy & Infrastructure (Qatar)

About the role

The Territory Manager for Qatar will be responsible for selling and expanding Victaulic’s product range and system within the Energy & Infrastructure sector. The role requires strong knowledge of Qatar Energy activities and, preferably, experience in water and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Victaulic products across Qatar, achieving budgeted sales targets.
• Create demand among owners, engineering offices, and contractors for Victaulic binding‑application systems.
• Demonstrate proper installation of products and tools on site.
• Deliver seminars, training sessions, and technical support to ensure product knowledge in the market.
• Coordinate with the local Victaulic distributor to maintain accurate information flow.
• Visit job sites, monitor installations, and train contractor personnel when required.
• Handle product claims in cooperation with Victaulic Corporate Engineering.
• Assist finance in collecting receivables and collaborate with sales colleagues across regions.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering degree.
• Minimum five years of technical experience in mechanical building services.
• Proven track record in the commercial sector with strong relationships with contractors, MEP consultants, and Qatar Energy.
• Experience in piping and valve business or ability to acquire required knowledge quickly.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, professional appearance, and willingness to travel.
• Resident in Qatar, fluent in Arabic and English.
