Total Rewards Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join our team in Doha. The role will support the design, implementation and ongoing management of our compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with company objectives. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure reward strategies support talent attraction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programmes and related processes.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to inform pay structures.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of annual salary reviews and reward cycles.
• Ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and external regulations.
• Prepare reports and analytics on rewards and benefits performance.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on reward‑related initiatives.
• Monitor and update reward policies based on market trends.
• Prepare and present reward analytics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with salary benchmarking tools.
• Experience using HR information systems.
