Total Rewards Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Total Rewards Team Leader to oversee compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives. The role will support the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards strategies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compensation and benefits operations, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and market analysis.
• Manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive programs.
• Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with providers.
• Analyze rewards data and provide recommendations to support talent attraction and retention.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures, grading frameworks, and rewards policies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics related to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Support employee communication and awareness of rewards and benefits programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading structures, and incentives.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS experience.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
