Traffic Control Personnel

About the role

We are looking for experienced Traffic Control Personnel to ensure safe and efficient vehicle and pedestrian movement on a large-scale operational project in Doha, Qatar. The role involves coordinating traffic flow, supporting vehicle movements, and maintaining clear access routes in close partnership with site operations and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Control and direct vehicle and pedestrian movement within designated zones.
• Manage entry, exit, parking and traffic-flow points.
• Assist with vehicle queuing and safe movement around operational areas.
• Implement traffic-management and site-safety procedures.
• Maintain clear emergency and operational access routes.
• Coordinate with Security, HSE and Operations teams.
• Identify and immediately report traffic or safety hazards.
• Support temporary diversions, closures and controlled access when required.
• Work outdoors across shifts as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in traffic control or site logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with multiple teams.
• Attention to safety and ability to react quickly to hazards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of traffic-management procedures and site-safety protocols.
