Training Cell Team Leader

About the role

The Training Cell Team Leader reports to the Forward Maintenance Manager and is responsible for designing, updating and delivering training tools that identify requirements and record completed training. The role supports maintenance personnel and managers at all levels to ensure competency, compliance and currency of maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Update training materials to reflect system changes, upgrades and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain training schedules, delivery programmes and induction sessions for all employees.
• Deliver and record training, including continuation, manual handling, working at height, SHE briefings and IMS training.
• Liaise with external agencies to arrange refresher courses and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• General Typhoon aircraft knowledge and competency in related trade areas.
• Engineering HNC or equivalent experience, with awareness of human factors, E&PW, ITAR and fire safety.
• Leadership foundation and a valid UK driving licence.
