Training Coordinator – Water Systems

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Training Coordinator to support technical training operations within our water engineering programs. The role will ensure that training activities are well‑planned, documented, and aligned with organizational standards, contributing to the development of skilled personnel in the water sector.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules and programs for water systems projects.
- Maintain accurate trainee records and manage assessments.
- Support vocational training initiatives and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to align training needs.
- Monitor training quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or certification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Specialization in Learning & Development.
- Marketing certification (desirable).
- Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
