Training Specialist – Electrical

About the role
We are looking for a technically experienced Training Specialist – Electrical to design, deliver and evaluate electrical training programs that strengthen our organization’s technical capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify technical skill and competency gaps across electrical and related disciplines.
- Develop comprehensive electrical/technical training plans and programmes.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical training activities, workshops and seminars.
- Create training materials, manuals and competency‑development content.
- Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and report on outcomes.
- Liaise with technical departments, subject‑matter experts and external training providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Minimum six years of experience in Learning & Development or technical training.
- Strong understanding of electrical and technical training requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination and training‑development abilities.
