Transaction Advisory Services Consultant

About the role

The Transaction Advisory Services Consultant will join a Doha‑based advisory team, delivering end‑to‑end support on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for professionals seeking to deepen their experience in M&A, valuation and financial due diligence within Qatar’s dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side deals.
• Perform valuation analyses including DCF, LBO and comparable company methods.
• Prepare teasers, information memoranda and management presentations.
• Conduct industry, market and company research to inform advisory work.
• Support transaction structuring and ensure compliance with QFMA, QCB and Companies Law.
• Draft client‑facing reports, presentations and other documentation under supervision.
• Help plan engagements, manage staffing, scheduling and work allocation.
• Coordinate with legal, financial and operational due‑diligence workstreams.
• Maintain organized deal files and monitor work programs and time budgets.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in audit, corporate finance, investment banking or advisory.
• Experience in a Big 4 or mid‑tier advisory firm is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, IFRS and valuation concepts.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is highly valued.
• Progress towards CFA, CPA, ACCA or CA certification is preferred.
• High integrity, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
