Transient Aircraft Services Technician (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) Technician supports 24/7 flight‑line operations for U.S. and Coalition forces in Qatar. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will execute aircraft ground handling, marshaling, parking, and turn‑around services while ensuring strict safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑harm workplace by following all flight‑line safety requirements, including FOD prevention, tool control, and PPE usage.
• Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, chocking, grounding, and positioning according to Technical Orders and airfield procedures.
• Execute arrival and departure services, supporting aircraft turn‑around and mission readiness.
• Conduct operator‑level inspections and servicing of vehicles and support equipment used in TAS operations.
• Maintain strict accountability of tools and equipment and participate in routine flight‑line inspections.
• Document aircraft servicing records, shift logs, and inspection checklists.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a high‑tempo, austere environment with 24/7/365 flight‑line operations.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and ability to identify and report hazards immediately.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members.
