About the role
This internship offers university students the chance to immerse themselves in the day‑to‑day operations of a luxury hotel. You will experience Marriott’s culture, learn about hotel management, and gain hands‑on exposure across multiple functional areas.
Key responsibilities
- Assist various hotel departments to understand operational workflows.
- Support front‑desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services teams with daily tasks.
- Participate in projects that improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Current college or university student pursuing a degree related to hospitality, business, or a similar field.
- Strong interest in a career in the travel and hotel industry.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
