University Internship – Hotel Management (MEA)

About the role

This is a university‑level internship with Marriott International, giving students hands‑on exposure to hotel operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Interns will work alongside experienced hotel staff, learn Marriott’s service standards, and develop a foundation for a career in hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist various hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales) with daily tasks.
• Participate in training sessions on Marriott’s brand standards and operational procedures.
• Support guest service initiatives and help resolve routine inquiries.
• Observe and contribute to projects that improve service quality and efficiency.
• Document learning experiences and provide feedback to supervisors.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Interest in hospitality, tourism, or hotel management.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
