About the role
A reputable home care healthcare company in Qatar is urgently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver nursing care in patients' homes. The role involves direct patient interaction, monitoring health status, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the scope of professional qualification.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Assist with patient care planning and implementation.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Follow infection control procedures and patient safety protocols.
- Support patients' comfort, hygiene, and daily care needs while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
Required profile
- 2‑year Practical Nursing Diploma or accredited LPN training.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Valid nursing registration and DataFlow verification.
- Conversational English communication skills.
What we offer
- Salary of QAR 3,700 per month.
- Company‑provided accommodation.

- 12‑hour shifts, 6 days per week with one day off.
