About the role
Burjline Builders is hiring a Utility Tunnel Manager (also described as Facility Manager) to lead operations and maintenance for a major project. The position is full-time and based in Doha, in person. Candidates must have proven tunnel experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of utility tunnel systems.
- Ensure efficient maintenance and strict adherence to safety standards.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive performance, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in tunnel projects (utility tunnels preferred).
- Strong background in operation and maintenance (O&M) of similar projects and their capacity.
