About the role
The Vendor Inspection Coordinator will manage a high volume of work orders across multiple Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Energy projects. You will ensure inspections are performed in line with contracts, ITPs and client requirements while supporting fast‑track project schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Manage over 50 active work orders concurrently, coordinating with manufacturers, inspection agencies and clients across global regions.
- Review inspection reports for technical accuracy, completeness and compliance with approved ITPs, codes and standards.
- Ensure all inspection documentation is corrected, approved and promptly transmitted to the client.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Vendor & Local Inspection Coordinator in Oil & Gas or related sectors.
Required skills
- Excellent English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, reporting systems and document control platforms.
