Vice President Custody Client Management & Business Development

About the role

The Vice President Custody Client Management and Business Development will lead QNB's Custody client portfolio and the associated client management team. This senior position is responsible for driving growth, profitability and market share of custody services while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve volume, revenue and profit targets for the custody portfolio.
• Increase market share and ensure sustainable growth of custody clients.
• Maximise marketing impact and sales activities through effective service delivery.
• Define, monitor and report on KPIs and best practices.
• Promote cost‑consciousness, efficiency and productivity across the team.
• Maintain full authority within delegated limits and oversee delegation to staff.
• Lead customer‑focus initiatives, including onboarding, client meetings, business case preparation and engagement plans.
• Manage the common client mailbox and all communication channels in line with agreed SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments to achieve group objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing custody clients and leading a client‑services team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed financial and non‑financial performance targets.
• Strong understanding of banking and custody operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to implement strategic plans and drive results.
