Vice President – Information Services

About the role

This senior position offers the opportunity to shape Agroshipping LLC’s technology landscape by leading strategic IT initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives. You will work closely with senior business leaders to design and deliver scalable, high‑performance information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, deployment, and ongoing management of enterprise IT systems to ensure productivity and business continuity.
• Coordinate corporate IT services strategically and tactically to improve operational performance.
• Develop and deliver robust, scalable IT platforms and road‑maps that create measurable business value.
• Drive business transformation through enhanced solution capabilities enabled by IT services and information.
• Oversee large‑scale ERP implementation projects, including reporting, risk management, and performance metrics, working with internal teams and external service providers.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of IT leadership experience, including 7+ years leading enterprise‑wide ERP implementations for multi‑billion‑dollar corporations.
• Experience setting up offshore development centers is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse, multinational workforce in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.
