Vice President Private Banking Sales

About the role

The Vice President – Private Banking Sales will lead the acquisition and management of Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) client relationships, including members of the ruling family and senior government officials. Acting as a one‑stop solution, the role combines banking, investment, fiduciary, and lending services to deliver a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate private clients' financial data and investment objectives, coordinating with the Asset Management team to propose tailored strategies.
• Support the SVP Private Banking Sales in shaping and executing revenue, volume, and profit targets for the UHNW segment.
• Implement KPIs, promote cost efficiency, and monitor delegated authority across the team.
• Inspire and lead the private banking team, ensuring the highest service standards for demanding personal and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with the private banking client base, assessing risk profiles, liquidity preferences, and return expectations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing UHNW client relationships, preferably within a private banking environment.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and guide senior banking teams.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and fiduciary services.
• Excellent judgment in risk assessment and strategic decision‑making.
