Video Editor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

A full-time hybrid Video Editor position based in Doha, Qatar, with some flexibility to work from home. The editor creates video content for social media and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality storytelling and visual consistency in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video content for social media and digital platforms, adapting it to platform-specific formats while following brand guidelines.
• Assemble raw footage, select and organize clips, and add transitions and effects.
• Integrate sound, graphics and motion elements into polished deliverables.
• Collaborate with producers, creators and designers on content.
• Perform color grading and basic motion graphics work.
• Optimize videos for engagement and reach.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and good command of English.
• Degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications or a related field preferred, though equivalent experience is valued.
• Relevant experience in media, content creation or agency environments, with a portfolio or showreel.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Video editing and production for digital and social media content.
• Color grading and motion graphics (titles, overlays).
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
• Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for short-form and long-form video.
