Waiter (Commis) – High-End Restaurant in Doha

About the role

LPM Restaurant and Bar is expanding its renowned hospitality to Doha and seeks a dedicated waiter (commis) to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will work closely with both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality service and oversee a specific section of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to coordinate orders.
• Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waitress/waiter in a high‑end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality.
