About the role

We are seeking dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at City Centre Rotana Doha. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that turns each dining visit into a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in line with the hotel’s performance standards.
• Greet, seat, and attend to guests with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality throughout service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after shifts (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
• Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage.
• Apply upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and boost revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English.
• Passion for people and service, positive attitude, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
