About the role
The restaurant at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North seeks a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide fast, accurate, and courteous food and beverage service.
- Welcome guests with a smile, greet them, and take orders promptly.
- Suggest and upsell menu items professionally.
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Address guest requests and resolve queries quickly.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Previous service experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic Food Safety Certificate.
