Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Dining Service

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver exceptional dining experiences across Printemps Doha’s upscale food and beverage outlets. You will interact with guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure every visit reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to guarantee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems for order taking and billing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
