Waiter/Waitress – Thai Speaker

About the role

Grand Hyatt Doha is seeking a Thai‑speaking Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while upholding Hyatt’s brand standards. The role involves interacting with guests in both English and Thai, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet with courteous, professional, and efficient service.
• Maintain departmental efficiency in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Meet the expectations of employees, guests, and owners by providing consistent, high‑level service.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests, including language‑specific assistance.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thai nationality (position open to Thai nationals only).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
