About the role
The restaurant is looking for a reliable waitress to help prepare the dining area before service and keep it clean and organized throughout the shift. The role combines basic service duties with support tasks for the captain waiter.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with morning cleaning of the restaurant and set‑up of service utensils.
- Support the captain waiter with mise en place, table setting and food transport.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a clean appearance at all times.
- Replace ashtrays, fill water glasses, clear tables after meals and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
Required profile
- Ability to follow instructions from the captain waiter and work under guidance.
- Commitment to high hygiene standards and a tidy work environment.
