Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is urgently hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for various projects across Qatar. The person selected will coordinate daily warehouse activities, monitor material receipt, storage and issuance, keep accurate inventory records and support material movement and housekeeping. Locally available candidates are preferred; immediate joining is possible, subject to document clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and material movements
• Monitor receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of materials
• Verify received materials against delivery notes and documents
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers and documentation
• Organize materials in designated storage areas and identify them properly
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies or damaged materials
• Coordinate with project teams and other departments for timely material availability
• Support loading, unloading and material handling
• Carry out regular stock checks and help with inventory reconciliation
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow site safety procedures and use required PPE
• Report damage, unsafe conditions and operational issues to the supervisor

Required profile

• Valid Qatar light vehicle driving licence (mandatory)
• Relevant warehouse coordination and material handling experience preferred
• Ability to follow warehouse procedures and site safety requirements
• Organized and responsible, able to keep accurate stock records and documentation
• Immediate joining, subject to document clearance
