About the role
Burjline Builders is looking for a Welfare Intern in Doha, Qatar, to support its Welfare team in promoting employee well-being and engagement. The internship lasts 6 months and starts immediately; it offers practical experience in HR and employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Organize welfare activities and coordinate employee support initiatives
- Maintain welfare records
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Support programs covering employee welfare, accommodation, recreation and other staff-focused initiatives
Required profile
- Recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from a university in Qatar
- Locally available and able to join immediately
- Available for a full-time, 6-month internship
Required skills
- Good communication, coordination and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Creative skills in preparing presentations and designing materials are an advantage
