Whole School Performing Arts Teacher

About the role

Join Compass International School Doha’s dynamic international community as a Whole School Performing Arts Teacher. You will deliver a bespoke performing arts curriculum across Early Years to Secondary, inspiring students to explore music, drama and dance while fostering creativity and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a performing arts programme aligned with the English National Curriculum for all year groups.
• Lead and support large‑scale school productions, concerts, showcases and community performances.
• Collaborate with teachers across three campuses to build a cohesive performing arts culture.
• Develop inclusive lessons that support EAL learners and differentiate for varied abilities.
• Assess student progress, set personalised targets and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Inspiring, energetic and highly creative educator with a passion for the performing arts.
• Excellent communication and motivation skills to generate excitement in the classroom.
• Inclusive approach to teaching, able to adapt lessons for diverse learners.
• Ability to plan curriculum pathways and track student achievement.
