Workspace Experience & Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Workspace Experience & Operations Coordinator will champion a healthy, engaging workplace for JLL’s Doha office. You will act as the central point for day‑to‑day building readiness, wellbeing initiatives and seamless service delivery across multiple operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a healthier work environment and organise wellbeing activities such as sport events.
• Ensure the building is ready for each working day by coordinating with engineering, cleaning, mail and other service teams.
• Identify, log and resolve operational issues using the Corrigo work‑planning tool, escalating when necessary.
• Support incident and accident investigations, reporting findings to leadership.
• Assist in implementing property risk‑management, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Maintain data integrity for sensor data, floor plans, organisational charts and DART records.
• Coordinate supply partners, ensuring compliance with JLL EHS rules and driving innovation.
• Collaborate with catering and events teams to plan community‑focused events.
• Oversee asset register accuracy and ensure finance and procurement processes are followed.
• Drive carbon‑net‑zero initiatives by proposing and implementing sustainability improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in facilities, workplace services or related operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
