Aircraft Mechanic – UC-35 Cessna Citation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to maintain and service UC-35 Cessna Citation aircraft during launch and recovery operations. The role involves troubleshooting a wide range of aircraft systems to ensure safe and reliable flight.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operational checks on repaired or modified systems to verify proper function.
• Maintain aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, OEM specifications, and technical orders.
• Repair and replace structural components such as wings, fuselage, landing gear, and control surfaces.
• Inspect, diagnose, and service engines, turbine blades, APU, and related hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble engine components, ensuring all parts meet safety standards.
• Perform routine servicing tasks including flushing, cleaning, greasing, and brake checks.

Required profile

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• At least three years of recent full‑time experience on the assigned aircraft type; five years preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and maintenance orders.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to a changing environment.
