Arabic Receptionist – Doha Airport

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join our team at Doha Airport. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while upholding our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answering telephone calls with a friendly, timely manner.
• Provide accurate information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments in line with cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Monitor online mentions, gather guest feedback and suggest improvements.
• Handle general office duties such as correspondence, email management and filing.
• Maintain reception supplies and stationery stock.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety by following established safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office environment.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera (PMS) property management system.
