Architectural Aluminum Design Engineer

About the role

Graviton Interiors is seeking an Architectural Aluminum Design Engineer to lead the creation of aluminium façade and finishing solutions for high‑profile projects in Doha. The role combines technical design, workshop drawing preparation, and on‑site coordination to ensure that all deliverables meet contract specifications and construction timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design prototypes and produce detailed workshop drawings, production sheets, and fabrication documents.
• Prepare material cut‑lists, fabrication sheets, and conduct inspections to verify compliance.
• Supervise a team of draftsmen and technicians, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate activities between the factory and job site to optimise efficiency.
• Verify bills of quantities and invoices against project specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders in English.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with metal glazed façades and finishing works.
• B.Sc. in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to lead and manage drafting teams.
