Architectural Engineer – Project Management & Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

Golden Studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to lead project management and interior fit‑out initiatives in Doha. The role involves overseeing projects from concept through handover while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural and interior fit‑out projects from planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate daily activities among clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications and material selections.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, site progress and deliverables.
• Attend client and site meetings, prepare updates and report on risks or issues.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings and quality requirements.
• Represent the company in social media content, project videos and site presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to explain technical details and construction stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural project management and interior fit‑out projects in Doha.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, finishing materials, technical drawings and site coordination.
• Proficiency with architectural and project management software.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Current Qatar residence permit and ability to work on‑site.
