About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail team as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, supporting the F&B Director in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help shape the department’s strategy, ensure operational excellence, and drive revenue growth across all food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily F&B operations, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, and outlet reservation systems.
• Lead the development and implementation of guest satisfaction initiatives, monitor feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Culinary team to create innovative menus and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve performance targets.
• Foster a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
