Assistant Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Al Samriya Autograph Collection in building brand awareness and driving revenue through targeted sales initiatives. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, you will engage prospective owners, coordinate preview package tours, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the brand image both internally and externally.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Contact potential owners by phone to schedule preview package tours and sales presentations.
• Explain tour requirements, verify eligibility, and manage complimentary guest gifts.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Assist management with employee training, evaluation, and coaching.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and provide courteous telephone etiquette.
• Support team collaboration and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in sales or marketing.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications needed.
