PR & Communications Lead (Qatari Nationals Only)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and creative PR & Communications Lead to shape how our brand is seen, heard, and understood. You will lead external communications, strengthen media relationships, and protect and enhance our brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries, coordinating interviews, press releases, and statements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
• Identify PR opportunities to boost brand awareness, visibility, and reputation.
• Lead the creation of press releases, announcements, thought‑leadership pieces, and executive communications.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and brand sentiment, providing regular reporting and insights.
• Partner with Marketing, Leadership, People & Culture, and other teams to align communications with business priorities.
• Develop and manage crisis communications strategies, including response plans and messaging.
• Plan and oversee press events, conferences, webinars, speaking opportunities, and sponsorships.
• Develop and execute CSR and community‑engagement initiatives aligned with the company’s mission.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful strategy execution.
• Strong media‑relations experience and deep understanding of the media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling capabilities.
• Experience in reputation management, crisis communications, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and work cross‑functionally with senior leadership.
