Audit Senior

About the role

Red Castle is seeking an Audit Senior to support a portfolio of audits across the banking, insurance and oil & gas sectors in Qatar. The role offers high exposure to internal partners and external directors, providing a platform for rapid career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and assist audits for clients in banking, insurance and oil & gas, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop audit plans, perform risk assessments and supervise a team of experienced auditors.
• Gather and evaluate evidence, prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external directors to add value and improve operational efficiencies.
• Mentor junior staff and foster strong working relationships at all organisational levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of audit experience, preferably with Big 4 exposure.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and audit standards within banking or insurance environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work under tight deadlines and excellent communication skills.
