Banquet Waiter

About the role

Join Pullman, a member of the Accor network, as a Banquet Waiter and help create memorable experiences for guests at conferences, weddings, and special events. You will be part of a dedicated team that ensures seamless service and upholds the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet venues according to event orders, arranging tables, chairs, linens, and service equipment.
• Provide professional food and beverage service during banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, following service sequences and quality standards.
• Attend pre‑function briefings to understand event requirements, menus, and service flow.
• Liaise with supervisors, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events.
• Clear tables and reset spaces promptly between courses or events.
• Handle guest requests and queries politely, escalating issues when necessary.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Assist with breakdown, storage of banquet equipment, and support colleagues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Banquet Waiter or Food & Beverage Server in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and food‑handling practices is an advantage.
