About the role

The Beach Club Manager will lead the full operation of La Mar Beach Club at InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless team performance. This hands‑on leadership role requires a passion for luxury hospitality and a strong eye for operational detail.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily beach club operations, including beach services, food & beverage coordination, reservations, and guest engagement.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver five‑star service standards.
• Collaborate with culinary, events, and marketing teams to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a luxury beach club or comparable hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of the local leisure market and ability to leverage market connections.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high‑quality guest service.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
