Food & Beverage Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards. You will act as the bridge between guests, the service team, and management, delivering a high‑quality hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all Food & Beverage outlet activities and staff.
• Communicate tasks, delegate duties and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety and fire regulations.
• Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
• Represent team needs to senior management.
• Assist F&B management in achieving financial targets.
• Support training, development and performance appraisals of team members.
• Promote environmental awareness and assist other departments as required.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for leadership, teamwork and operational excellence.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
