BMS Technician – Building Automation & HVAC

About the role

The company is seeking experienced BMS Technicians to support facility management and building automation projects across Qatar. The role covers installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems and HVAC controls.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission BMS hardware and software for HVAC, lighting and other building services.
• Wire sensors, actuators, controllers and control panels, and perform functional testing.
• Monitor HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers and ventilation systems through the BMS, track alarms and trends, and maintain operation logs.
• Diagnose and repair faults in BMS and HVAC systems, including DDC panels, sensors and wiring.
• Work with communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, Instrumentation or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a BMS Technician, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Previous exposure to facility management or commercial building maintenance is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of BMS systems and HVAC controls.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus and DDC technologies.
• Proficient troubleshooting and technical reporting abilities.
