Boiler Operator – Full-time in Doha

About the role

COMO FMS is urgently seeking a qualified Boiler Operator to join its team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of boiler systems, primarily within hospital or service-sector environments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler equipment to ensure continuous, safe performance.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with local regulations.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Holder of a 1st or 2nd class Boiler Operator certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant boiler operation experience.
• Experience in hospital or service-sector maintenance within the last 7 years.
• Original educational and experience certificates available.
• Ability to obtain MOFA attestation for certificates.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operation and safety procedures.
