Business Analyst

About the role

Malomatia is seeking a Business Analyst with at least three years of experience to support enterprise digital transformation, data and AI initiatives. The role works within agile squads, partnering closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to shape product backlogs and deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows (As‑Is/To‑Be), use cases and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the backlog, ensuring stories are well‑formed and ready for sprint execution.
• Lead requirement reviews, fit‑gap analysis and change‑request management across the program lifecycle.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria, support UAT planning, defect triage and release sign‑off.
• Work with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes and user journeys.
• Produce executive‑grade documentation in both English and Arabic.
• Assist pre‑sales activities by providing requirement inserts and capability statements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience on digital transformation, data or AI programmes.
• Proven experience working in agile squads as the BA counterpart to a Product Owner.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) for workshops, documentation and executive communication.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical and executive audiences.
