Consultant - Cybersecurity

About the role

Malomatia is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen its internal security across cloud, on‑premise, identity, networking, application/API, cryptography, and DevSecOps domains. The role works closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, DevOps and IT teams to identify weaknesses, implement controls and support remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and improve security controls in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and on‑premise environments.
• Support identity security for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including MFA, Conditional Access and privileged access reviews.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, risk prioritisation, remediation coordination and validation of fixes.
• Manage cryptographic keys, certificates and secrets using HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault and GCP Secret Manager.
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, dependency scanning, container security, IaC security).
• Assist with incident response, security investigations and post‑incident lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in security engineering, cloud security or related technical roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and English communication skills.
