About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our insurance brokerage across corporate, commercial and individual segments. The successful candidate will design and execute strategies to expand our client portfolio while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, commercial and individual lines.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Explore new distribution channels, campaigns and product opportunities to increase sales.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends and customer needs, tailoring approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and maintain service excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the insurance sector.
- Strong strategic mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using CRM or other business software.
