Business Development & Sales Intern

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Intern to join our remote team. You will act as the bridge between our AI workforce solutions and potential customers, initiating conversations, researching leads, and helping close opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.
• Implement lead‑generation strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook Groups, startup communities and business directories.
• Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, incubators, accelerators and co‑working spaces.
• Engage founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals and business owners to present our AI solutions.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings, answer queries and nurture professional relationships.
• Maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach quality and conversion rates.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets with professionalism and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Confident in outreach and networking.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and proactive.
• Interest in startups, sales or business development.

Required skills

• ChatGPT familiarity.
• LinkedIn usage.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (a plus).
