Business Development Specialist – Accounting & Auditing Services

About the role

JAR Accounting & Auditing is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to expand its client portfolio across audit, tax, bookkeeping, ICV certification, internal audit, and advisory services in Qatar. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients throughout Qatar.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, finance managers, CFOs, and other decision‑makers.
• Generate qualified leads, convert them into engagements, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote JAR’s services.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote a range of service offerings.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on client meetings, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of business development or sales experience in Qatar.
• Strong professional network and relationships within the local market.
• Proven track record of generating leads and securing new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
