Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Retail Banking division by developing and deploying management reports, dashboards, and BI solutions that enhance decision‑making for the Products and Segments function. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and presenting data on the retail accounts portfolio while adhering to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers to capture business requirements for BI solutions.
• Review and rationalize new data requests to avoid duplication.
• Perform detailed data analysis, modeling, and reporting to meet business needs.
• Assist the BI Manager with query formulation in Business Objects and generate daily, monthly, and yearly dashboards.
• Maintain metadata quality by adding, removing, or revising data as directed.
• Support test teams in issue resolution and ensure high‑quality information deliverables.
• Analyze branch‑wise savings, fixed deposits, and product profitability, and prepare performance dashboards.
• Provide analytical support for promotional measurement, incentive verification, and data entry template design.

Required profile

• Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into BI solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to model data and produce actionable insights.
• Familiarity with banking or retail finance data structures and regulatory constraints.
• Ability to work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to implement reporting solutions.
