IT System Engineer: Multicloud & M365 Admin

About the role

We are looking for a skilled IT System Engineer to administer multi‑cloud (Azure, GCP) and Microsoft 365 environments for our client in Doha. The role involves L2 support, backup and recovery, and vendor escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize multi‑cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP) and the full Microsoft 365 suite.
• Handle backup and recovery across cloud platforms.
• Serve as the L2 escalation point for advanced technical issues, providing troubleshooting and resolution.
• Manage technical communication and escalations with vendors (Microsoft, Google) for L3 support.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft 365.
• 3–5 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure.
• Strong L2 system support and expert troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools for SLA management of incidents and service requests.
• Ability to coordinate vendor escalations for high‑level technical issues.
• Relevant cloud certifications in Azure, GCP, or M365 are highly preferred.
