Cargo Network Automation Coordinator

About the role

You will lead cargo automation activities across the network, ensuring the Cargo Operations system runs smoothly and meets the needs of all users. The role combines system support, training, new station implementation, and coordination with external partners such as handling agents and customs authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for outstations and head‑office users of the Cargo Operations system.
• Train cargo staff network‑wide on system usage and best practices.
• Set up and implement new station systems, ensuring seamless integration.
• Maintain interfaces with partner systems, handling agents, and customs authorities.
• Standardise system services and drive projects related to system development.
• Support product development by gathering requirements, creating test cases, documenting procedures, and overseeing production implementation.
• Analyse defects, resolve system queries, and keep master data up to date.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary, trade or vocational qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in the airline cargo industry.
• Experience or knowledge of cargo automation and related systems is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.
